The app has a shortcut for this — Settings → About → Contact Support — which fills in the version number for you.
02Purchases, restoring and refunds
Dessau Clock Pro is sold by Apple, as a one-off lifetime unlock — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings → About → Restore Purchase.
If you started the monthly subscription offered briefly at launch, it still unlocks everything. It is managed in App Store settings, not in this app — while it is active there is a shortcut at Settings → About → Manage Subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them ourselves.
03The free clock
The app is free to download and free to keep. Without any purchase you have one complete clock, with no advertising, no time limit and no interruption. It does not expire.
